Walking and Talking Therapy

I am very down to earth and will support you in your counselling journey every step I can. If this means a step away from the ‘counselling room’and going for a walk then that’s OK. I appreciate that it can be intensive sitting down and talking directly, facing each other, which is why walking and talking can alleviate some of that tension. Let me know what it is you need when you contact me and we can decide on what will suit you the most and go from there, that’s all there is to it.
