My fees are
£60 per 50 minute session . Longer sessions may be booked and will be payable on a pro rata scale using the above fees. Session fees are payable by cash or bank transfer only on the day of your appointment.

Please allow 48 hrs notice to cancel an appointment, cancellations within 48 hours incur the full fee for the missed session. Some concessions maybe available for counsellors in training or for those on a low income, please ask for further details.

I will offer you an initial session so we can discuss together how I can help you, this will last for 50 minutes.  I will listen as you tell me about your situation and together we can discuss how counselling might be able to help you. It’s your opportunity to ask any questions you need to about about counselling or about me. I want you to feel comfortable and safe with me. You do not have to decide at the end of the session whether to continue to attend sessions, take some time to think about it and contact me in a few days.
